When using Windows Server 2008, settings must be specified in the operat-
ing system before the printer driver is installed. If Windows 7/Vista is being
used, begin with step 6.
1 Click the Start button.
2 Point to Administrative Tools, and then click Server Manager.
" If the User Account Control dialog box appears, click Continue button.
3 In the Server Manager main window, click Add Features in the Features
Summary section.
4 Select the Internet Printing Client check box to install the feature.
5 Restart the computer.
6 Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Printers under Hardware
and Sound.
" When using Windows 7, click View devices and printers under
Hardware and Sound.
7 Click Add a printer.
